a) Strictly for NO smoking, NO pets, NO cook, NO friends allow to walk in & basic
house rules applied.

b) For all kind of people with civic-minded and tidy tenants only
c) Free once a week laundry for above 1 week Rent

Long Term rental - ( 1-3 Months Rental )
d) 2 weeks Rent - $700.00. ( Aircon 2 pax )
4 weeks Rent. - $1,200.00. ( Aircon 2 pax )
e) 2x Housekeeping services per week for rental above 2 weeks rent.

Rental includes : rental includes utility bill ( water & electricity ) Share Bathroom, Water Heater , Free Wireless Wifi , Refrigerator storage for cold drinks, Free Coffee & Tea.

Full payment in SG dollar for the rental dates to be made on the first day of moving in.

Extra Payment : Washing machines ( $3.00 ), Use of the In-house Computer System - $1.20 - 2 hrs , Fax / B & W Printing Service ($0.50 ) per piece,
